Commissions are 100% negotiable, however, we beleive you get what you pay for.  We charge our clients 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the Balance.  This structure is shared with a buyers agent offering them half of the agreed up on fees. 

We feel that providing this information ahead of time, allows us our clients to prepare and we can get what they want done - that is to SELL their home. 

 

Examples

Purchase Price $500,000 = 7% x $100,000 = $7,000

                                            3% x $400,000 = $$12,000

                                             $7,000 + $12,000 = $19,000

Selling Agent receives $9,500 and Buiying Agent receives $9,500.

 

Purchase Price $350,000 =  7% x $100,000 = $7,000

                                             3% x $250,000 = $7,500

                                            $7,000 + $7,500 = $14,500

Selling Agent receives $7,250 and Buying Agent receives $7,250
